Great flat, great location highly recommend

The flat was lovely, clean and fresh. The view was amazing from the balcony living room and bedroom. There was everything we needed in a great location. We will be booking again and highly recommend this property.

It can be quite loud with the wind when it picks up but that's the only downside of being right next to the sea and on the 10th floor.

A well situated apartment with a spectacular view and a friendly host

The apartment has a spectacular view. It is well-appointed, if not the most modern. The welcoming bottle of wine is a nice touch. Many restaurants are within walking distance (try Trecastelli).

Very minor points - two light bulbs were out. One bathroom has a bath, and the other has a shower - this might not suit everyone. When the neighbours left their balcony lights on, they shone through the blinds in the sea-facing bedroom.

An absolute pleasure.... amazing experience!

The apartment's situation was perfect and the view is just amazing..... in many other countries, you'd be paying a premium for that view. Having a dedicated garage so close to the front door was such a bonus - it made carting shopping and luggage so very easy. Having 2 bathrooms in a 2-bed apartment was unusual and really great when travelling with friends. The kitchen was well-equipped.... even to current travel adaptors and everything worked! Entering the complex was also simple and there was never a question of lack of explanation, or asking yourself the question "how does this work"? What was particulary good was the 24/7, immediate responsiveness from Lorraine. We would definitely try and book this apartment again, if we returned to Cape Town.

Personally, the information could have been more succint and consolidated but genuinely, it was hard to find anything negative to say.

Awesome and will definitely book again when in the Cape.

The location and view is wonderful. We had the warmest welcome ever and thanks Lorraine for our welcome spoil. Our host was very warm and went out of her way to make sure we are comfortable. The WiFi and TV channels are very good. The washer and dryer was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this property.

Second bedroom would be nice to have a lamp and plug at bedside table but this is only a suggestion.

Fantastic location, views to take your breath away.

Breakfast was not served, however there was coffee and tea available as well as fresh milk and a bottle of wine.

There could have been soap available for the bath and shower. Water pressure was very low.

We got the key's from the host. She went out of her way to bring the keys to us, as we were stuck at the car repair shop. She was very friendly .

Really enjoyed being back in Cape Town chose B1001 Ocean View because of promise of stunning view.

Stunning view of Table Mountain. Beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed complimentary wine. Excellent My Citi bus service to Waterfront. Shopping facilities within walking distance. Bonus was a lock up garage.

It's a home away from home. The view had to be the highlight of the entire stay. Those sunsets, the smell of the ocean as you wake up, absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is walking distance. We had the time of our lives at this property, would highly recommend it 🙌

The ambiance of the entire flat with the magnificent sea view,on the one side ,and the hills on the other side. Ability to have a braai on the patio was a bonus

The onky let down has northing to do with the accomodation......its to do with ESKOM...and its loadshedding policy.
