The place was not the cleanest , the furniture could’ve been better too and the door was a bit old

No air conditioning and window in second bedroom didn’t open also the blind in the second bedroom and fan are damaged. Couldn’t close or open the blind made it very bright at night.

Lovely apartment with breathtaking views.

Exactly as advertised . Lovely apartment with amazing views of Table Mountain and out to sea . Hillary was a great host , meeting us when we arrived and saying goodbye when we left . Great location with a 20 - 30 minute drive into Cape Town . Plenty of nice restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking distance , alternatively Eden On The Bay which offers some very nice eateries is a 2 mile drive or beach front walk away . Highly recommended .

Atlantic Heaven

This place is fantastic. Comfortable. Clean and tidy. There's extra beach towels also. Safe parking. Easy to find. Stunning view. Wished we could have spent more time in the flat, but we planned such busy days.

The only downside was that the showers are unfortunately not meant for tall, bigger humans.

We relaxed and made some great memories!

I appreciated the care that is taken to provide good quality cushions, towels AND BEACH TOWELS!!! The crockery is very tasteful and the fact that there was comfortable furniture on the patio was a huge positive for us. Quick response to messages!!!

A must-stay

The apartment exceeded all our expectations! We had the privilege of staying at Atlantic Haven, which offers breathtaking views (even better than photos can capture), a thoughtfully designed space, beautiful decor, and a peaceful atmosphere. I also lost my car keys and had to make a last-minute booking change, and the owners and staff went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and understanding.

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and Teneille our host was awesome.

The apartment - Atlantic Haven was very well situated in Blouberg with an amazing view of the mountain. Very clean, comfortable and with all the necessary items required for self catering.

The key in the lock was a problem to wiggle out. Perhaps a spray of S20 would help. Nothing else was an issue.

A perfect beach retreat!

Atlantic Haven is just that, a haven of comfort and luxury. The view is stupendous, and the flat is extremely comfortable - everything has been thought about and provided. The hostess was very friendly and obliging. It was hard to leave, and we wished we could stay longer. Next time we will!

Lift was broken and 8 floor is a lot of stairs, but I was told before the time. Would have been awesome if the lift was working, but I know it was beyo d your contrl

Very good

The flat is on the 8th floor. So views over the bay are great. You are one street from the beach road. The balcony has a great little sitting area to enjoy your coffee in the morning or watching the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has 2 bathrooms one with bath the other with a shower. The two bedrooms are of good size, one with double bed with the on suit shower and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds. Pillows were very comfy. Wifi is provided and DSTV. Kitchen, Dining area and livingroom is one big room. Kitchen is more then adequate with big fridge. Milk was provided for us as a welcome pack which was nice. We were also able to leave our luggage in the flat before check-in time, we met the cleaner there and she let us in and provided the keys to the flat which was nice as we didn't want to leave it in the car the whole day. The property has high fence and electric gate entrance and a dedicated car parking space for the flat. There is also a swimming pool on the property.

We never met the caretaker. We used WhatsApp to contact him. We were told that we would get a refresh service during stay which was supposed to take place on the Thursday as Friday was a public holiday. The cleaner never showed up. We contacted the caretaker to not bother that night as we were leaving on the Monday, he was a but slow with responding. I also contacted Carol the owner who was always very quick to reply to any questions. Be aware that in South Africa load shedding is a way of life now. So this will mean no electricity a couple of times a day. There are no generations in the flat so you won't have power. Electric lamps were provided. The lift to the 8th floor was working as there is a generator for the lift and electric security gate at the entrance to the property. Unlucky for us on the last night we got back the lift was not working and the next morning it had not been fixed. Luckily my niece carried all our luggage down the stairs as my 77 year old mother was not able to carry her bags.

The view is amazing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything is neat and close to restaurants and the beach.

The lift didn't work when we were there and walking up to the 8th floor was extremely inconvenient.

Perfect location close to all amenities. A very comfortable apartment, with a magnificent ocean view. Andre made it very easy to access the property by meeting us at a time suitable to our schedule.

Incredible views, amazing location to beach and coffee shops and bars

On arrival we discovered a plumbing issue (horrid smell) in the ensuite bathroom and notified the property manager but he did nothing about this. we eventually spoke to the owner who said they would look into it. we also needed a second set of keys that was also promised by the manager but never delivered. A stunning apartment but unfortunately tainted by unhelpful service that you shouldn’t need to deal with on holiday.
