The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished.
Nice size kitchen with a dishwasher.
Laundry room on the premises (coin-operated).
Close enough to the beach that we could hear the waves and the seagulls.
Beautiful beaches within walking distance.
A wide variety of restaurants within walking distance.
Loads of shops and Bayside Mall within walking distance.
Efficient check-in and -out.
Braai on the patio.

Beautiful sunset views, albeit over a bit of a cityscape.
Any issues I had were speedily addressed in a friendly and professional manner by Stacey.
The bathroom could use some TLC. It's old, so the bath and basin are stained, and the grouting in the shower is black with set-in mould in some places. But everything works, so it's not a big deal.
The kitchen utensils need to be replenished.
The fridge was smelly when we checked in. It wasn't cold, as it had only just been turned on. The water dispenser was broken.

The place is next to the activities and in the safe area surround by shops, we where able walk to de shops and our groceries.
We had to provide our own toilet paper after the provided ones was finished
