The location was fantastic. I felt safe in the neighbourhood and the house had excellent proximity to shops and the beach. There was free off-the-road parking in front of the house. I really enjoyed meeting Bo and her mom, whom I called Grandma. Because we wanted our own bedrooms, the house was a perfect size for my daughter and me. I really enjoyed the space of the dining room and living room and the access I had to private outdoor spaces. Bo was very receptive to providing us with things needed for the apartment as we needed them for our long-term stay. I feel I made a friend while there.
The bed I chose to sleep in was noisy and very hard so I put fleece blankets on top of the mattress and that helped. After that, I slept well. There were sugar ants that loved the house so we had to be on top of doing our dishes and keeping the kitchen clean. We used bug spray in the bathroom and kitchen.

there was no running water for the duration of my stay though the host did provide bottled water
