The location was amazing ,beautiful place and I am already looking to book for my birthday but a room with a view this time. I would advise your staff get some kind of uniform and name badges (they definitely don't align with the quality of property at the moment.

The lady who handed the keys to us was friendly but definitely not dressed to greet clients.

Two issues: (1) the room smelt of cigarette smoke - it spoilt the otherwise lovely room, and (2) very impersonal, and had to call to find out how to checkout.
