Ahead of our arrival, Nadia was in touch with us checking on our requirements and alerting us to hers. When I said we'd like to check in earlier, she immediately made plans to accommodate us, and we checked in at the desired time. At a time when guests are just bookings, Nadia was such a considerate and kind host. She was at the property to hand over keys and explain the property's offerings to us. And when there was an issue, she immediately set out to resolve it and escalate it to the relevant persons to avoid a recurrence . Overall Nadia went beyond the call of duty to make our stay unforgettable. And for that she has our ringing endorsement. We will be back.
And the property? When you wake up to the sound and sight of the ocean, you are beyond blessed. Everything on the pictures is true. The property is a self catering establishment with a massive kitchen for the preparation of food which can be enjoyed at the counter, with all the appliances required to do so and make the stay as comfortable as possible.
While there is Netflix and Youtube ably supported by efficient wifi, there is no DSTV. Of course one can always log in and stream with one's own account, but an establishment-supplied one, even if basic would be so much convenient.

Great location, nice apartment.
But there was no lift, we used stairs which was a struggle my mom and grandma. The WiFi connection was so bad/very weak and there was no dstv. Terrible experience to have to but unable to use it.
