Màs Boutique Apartment

What an incredible stay we had at Mas Boutique Appartments. We were a family of 4 with kids aged 8 and 11. The appartment was a perfect size for us, and the location was superb! So close to a tonne of key sites. Not to mention the appartment was very clean and new. Communication from the get go was efficient and we truly appreciated staying in this beautiful location with loads of eateries and a beautiful neighbourhood . Definitely our go to next time we are in Rome❤️

Everything was as expected absolutely nothing I did not like. Top tip- use the tiny elevator to bring luggage up:)

The quality of this accommodation is impeccable. The facilities are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need provided. The building also has an elevator, and the quiet surroundings made for an extremely pleasant stay.

Because this is a self-check-in property, I was heavily reliant on customer support, which turned out to be a complete disaster. Response times were incredibly slow—often taking 1 to 2 hours even when I needed urgent help. When I asked about early luggage storage, they confirmed it was possible but then vanished without providing instructions on how to enter the building. When I had issues with the washing machine, they simply told me to 'look it up online' myself. I even had to prompt them to get the check-out time. The service was utterly useless. One more thing, when taking a long hot shower, water starts leaking from the kitchen sink area.
