About this apartment rental
Amazing house with a large terrace in the heart of the \'Monti\' area, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum in a stately building with an antique entrance.
Apartment located in the heart of Rome, just a few steps from wonders such as the Domus Aurea, the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo\'s Moses, the Roman Forum, and the Quirinal Palace.
The house is on the third floor (no lift) and has a wonderful large private terrace with table, chairs and parasol, 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 3 single beds, a bedroom with a single sofa bed, a living room with table and chairs, 2 TVs (one in the living room and 1 in the kitchen), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Parquet flooring throughout.
Guests can enjoy free air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, heating, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, bed linen and towels, hairdryers in each bathroom, and an iron.
Cavour metro station is a 5-minute walk away, and Termini station is a 15-minute walk.
From the airports (both Fiumicino and Ciampino), you can easily reach the house. You can take the train or bus to Termini station, then it\'s a 15-minute walk or 1 metro stop (line B) and a 5-minute walk.
For arrivals between 8pm and 11pm, there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 11pm, check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability.
Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
On request, a private transfer service with a driver is available, who can meet guests inside the airport, at the arrival gates, and take them directly to the apartment or to the train stations.

Great home in the heart of Monti! Clean, comfortable, and had an incredible outdoor space/balcony. The kitchen was stocked well. Perfect location, in a quaint neighborhood with great restaurants and shops nearby. The Colosseum was super close and within easy walking distance. Most of the beds were comfortable, aside from the primary bedroom being pretty firm. The stairs up to the home are intense (difficult if you have a lot of luggage or are not in shape), but so worth it to have the outdoor space. Would def recommend for families looking for a clean, comfortable spot in Rome.

Loved the layout and outdoor space and what was provided
I’d really only like to post positive things but the mattress in the queen bedroom was terrible, I had to in another room. I would stay again if that was better.

The apartment was the perfect location for walking to all of the major sites in Rome. It was very clean and modern with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Plenty of room and bed options for five of us traveling together. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace to enjoy the spring weather in Rome. Check-in was smooth and communication prompt and clear, they were waiting for us at the door when we arrived from the train station.

The property was very dirty. The dryer was broken and the whole property was quite out of order...random empty cans, bins, etc.
