ZTL = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NOT ACTIVE = access by car is allowed.
There is no need to worry about the ZTL if you are leaving the area.

Walking distance a number of tourist sites. Grocery store, restaurants all within a block or two. Easy and friendly check-in/check-out. Spacious living area. Only down sides: small bathroom in main bedroom (other is quite large); while there is a balcony, it's overlooking other buildings. But this place was great was overall. Highly recommend.
