Struttura in posizione strategica, molto pulita, funzionale, forno di cottura, lavastoviglie, letto comodo , bagno ampio e bello.

המקום יפה ומושקע. מעוצב היטב. המיקום מעולה, קרוב למרכז העיר ולמקומות התרבות המפורסמים של רומא. מרחק הליכה מנהר הטיבר, ואפילו הקולוסיאום לא רחוק כל כך. המארחת נטליה, נחמדה מאוד ותקשורתית, עונה כראוי על כל מה שצריך. הכל מתנהל דרך הווצאפ, קבלת הקוד והוראות כניסה והגעה מדויקים.

Lokacija je odlična! Krevet je bio vrlo udoban! Zanimljivo je stan uređen i to je sve što se tiče pozitivnih stvari.
Stan je u podrumu koji izgleda kao bunker, pa nije za klaustrofobične. Dijelovi stana su preniski za prosječnu visinu osobe, udaranje glavom može biti jako opasno. Tuš ne radi dobro i hitno ga treba popraviti. Signal za mobitel uglavnom ne funkcionira, a danima nije bilo ni interneta, ta odsječenost od svijeta je jako loša kad dođete poslovno u Rim. Velika je vlaga i konstanta je buka u spavaćoj sobi od ventilatora, pa ćete biti neispavani. Svjetla su sumorna i ne rade sva. Od vlage sam na povratku dobila upalu pluća.
