Trust-Trastevere

Right in the heart of Trastevere - such a funky cool neighbourhood. It was one bedroom but the fold out in the lounge plus the dining area size felt more like a two bedroom. Contemporary feel in a historic building - air con was great for 36 degrees!

I would have given this place a 10 if it has a washing machine - we stayed for 7 nights so that was an inconvenience.

Great location in Trastevere. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us when we needed it, which we really appreciated. For us as a family, it was great that the apartment was on the ground floor, as it was very convenient with a little one. The area is lively at night with lots of great restaurants, and it’s a perfect spot for exploring Rome.

No washer/dryer in the apartment, and the building entrance is a bit small, which made it tricky with our stroller, but I’d still prefer this over apartments with stairs

La ubicación es buenísima si te gusta estar en medio del salseo de restaurantes ya que el barrio de Trastevere está lleno de turismo. El piso está bonito decorado

Tal y como se comentan en anteriores valoraciones, le hace falta una buena limpieza en el baño. Huele un poco a humedad y la caldera sigue goteando.

The location was phenomenal. The beds were comfortable. The apartment technically had everything you would need. It would have been the perfect apartment honestly. The apartment manager was kind enough to extend out checkout to a later time as the apartment was not booked the same day.

The listing was misleading as there was only one air condition in the living room which in no way reached the master bedroom. The apartment manager got us a fan the next day as it was impossible in the heat to sleep in the master bedroom. There was mold on the ceiling above the pull out couch that kept flaking on the couch. No plates or glass wear In the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had mold on the walls. Poor sound isolation if you are sleeping on the pull out couch but it’s a small price to pay to stay in this amazing location. The air condition was quite poor and clearly needs maintenance and cleaning and it kept flaking dust onto the chair underneath. I have included picture of the mold on the ceiling and how flakes were on the pull out couch and of the AC and whatever was falling on the arm chair. I have videos as well.
