Feels like a budget hotel with heart. I stayed in the middle of a heatwave and the room had a fan in it, which I felt like they put there to make things a little nicer for the guest. I'd brought my own silk sheet because I knew it would be hot in the room and when they cleaned the room they also made the bed using my sheet instead of their linnen.
It's the small things sometimes.
The room itself is a good size for one although the bed isn't suitable for people over 1.90 cm. The refrigerator was a bit noisy at night.

It was neat as you could want, the room was an excellent price and a good size and considering there was an extra bed in there two people could have comfortably shared at a ridiculously good rate. Towels, tea, coffee, fridge anything you could need all there! And only ten mins walk to the Victoria line so for a solo traveller made me feel very comfortable
Only slight issue was the tv seemed to be broken (but that could have just been me being an idiot) but with the free WiFi included I could just use my phone as an alternative so no big deal

It was clean and easy to access. It was clean and had fridge and kettle.
Some of it was a bit tired and we couldn’t get the TV to connect to our streaming accounts. Not always important but as we had a fair bit of down time there it would have been nice. There was no reception so you would have to call a number to speak to someone.
