Amazing location!! You wake to the sound of the sea and go to sleep with it if desired. Arenal and Javea old town are both within walking distance as is the daily catamaran to Denia. There is a huge choice of good restaurants on your doorstep! What's not to like. This apartment will not disappoint in any way.

Exactly as advertised. Easy to get to — flew in from overseas, prebooked Benniconnect transfer from Alicante airport with drop off at Hong Kong Restaurant in Xabia, walked 2 short blocks to waterfront Cocktail Bar Esquinoa turned left on boardwalk to building #20

Geweldige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Mooi ingericht appartement.
Voor ons was het bed wat aan de kleine kant.
