Flatters to Decieve

The apartment was ideally situated on the beach front. Javi met us and allowed us an early entry. The apartment is large with a balcony overlooking the sea. This apartment could be excellent, a real jewel, but sadly it was such a disappointment to stay there

As other reviewer have mentioned, there were many issues, including door handle on bathroom coming off, sink plug in bathroom 1 useless and would not allow the sink to hold water (wasteful), towel rain falling off in bathroom 2 and flooding every time the shower was used, curtain in one bedroom needs rehanging and wall plug off the wall. However the biggest issue was the linen supplied. All the towel had a very nasty smell (damp, musty) that lingers on the skin when used. We replaced them with others from laundry room but odour persisted, awful. The bed linen had a similar odour and all pillows had perspiration odour from other guests, including the stains. These issues could and should be sorted as they come up, but sadly, it appears that this apartment flatters to deceive

Great location and a lovely size apartment.

Not enough comfy seating in lounge for all of us. Smell coming from second bathroom and toilet did not flush. Shower leaks all over the floor. Dangerously hairdryer with wires showing. Plugs not fitting properly, held in by furniture.

Fabulous location and comfortable beds. Good air con. Good washing machines and dryer.

The apartment was in need of some updating and was not as clean as we would have liked. Minor repairs required to bathrooms and curtains. Also more cutlery needed.

The apartment location was great, but the property did not have some essential features.

The location was great as it was right on the beach, and some of the windows had pleasant views.

Only two of the bedrooms were air-conditioned while the rest of the apartment lacked AC. Additionally, the bathrooms were outdated.

Fantastic location, the view looks out to the sea, its about 50 yards from the apartment, which makes the experience very relaxing. Beautiful furniture, its on second floor, nice and secure, good locks for night time when in the apartment has a lift, which I used, great because you don't have to carry your cases up the stairs. The owner was very good with the way they commented with me, I felt very pleased with their friendly service. The kitchen is fully loaded with all that you need, cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, loads of glasses, plates, mugs and cutlery. And I was so pleased to see a Tazamo coffee ☕️ maker, because I use one all the time at home in the UK. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, the area has a lovely feel, its in the port area of Javea, there is a taxi service about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. I was there in May, nice and warm, finally there is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Michael.

Buen apartamento para disfrutar de Jávea y alrededores

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno paseo marítimo, con el mar y la playita justo en frente del balcón del edificio. Tuvimos cierta facilidad para aparcar, hay aparcamientos alrededor del alojamiento y también uno de tierra a unos 3 minutos andando. Los caseros bien en el trato y en las indicaciones. La cocina tenía de todo, así que bien. Los colchones de las camas también bastante cómodos. 3 habitaciones, todas con aire acondicionado y dos baños, además de un balcón estupendo con vistas al mar.

Al apartamento le hacen falta un pequeño mantenimiento, se nota que está un poquillo viejo y es necesario para los pomos de las puertas, sillas, etc.

Het appartement is netjes, sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. De ligging is echter fantastisch, uitzicht geweldig en je kunt de hele dag in de zon zitten!

Weinig zitplaatsen, bank zakt door, douche lekt in de ene badkamer.

Appartement au top avec une super belle vue

Super emplacement. Face à la mer, à quelques mètres de la plage et des restaurants. Appartement spacieux. Balcon très agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Dans la cuisine, il manquait une grande passoire, des bols et la seule grande poële disponible était très abimée. Et dans une des salles de bain, c'était l'inondation quand on prenait une douche. Mais ce problème peut se résoudre trés vite, ça ne m'empêchera pas de revenir.😊
