A good apartment that needs some updating.

Location - near the beach but a little outside of the busy-ness of Javea proper, yet walking distance to the boardwalk of Aduana. Also right next door to excellent restaurants. The apartment is clean and designed in a quirky, modern way with lots of light and a comfortable living room. The pool is clean and enjoyable, especially for families. The host was excellent and accommodating. She dealt with issues to the best of her ability. We were given late check out, which was appreciated since we had a very late flight.

Pics led me to believe the apt has unobstructed views, but it's actually quite tucked back with a side, obstructed view. Very poor wifi, so if you need to work, this is a problem. The beds are Flinstone-rock hard. Water tasted terrible. Low water pressure. Washing machine stopped working so we were left with no clean clothes or towels for half the holiday.

The property was clean and really spacious. The location was absolutely perfect too - nothing more than a short walk for us each day. Julieth was an excellent host too. Really helpful.

A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. We will definitely return!

Amazing location with easy access to Javea Port and a lovely evening stroll to Arenal. Apartment was fantastic- very spacious with numerous balconies. Swimming pool was great and apartment is approx 50m to the sea! Loved loved loved it!

Need good mobility to get up and down the spiral stairs. This wasn’t a problem for us but others may need to be aware.

Very good

The apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk into town, close to the restaurants and the beach. The apartment is a good size and well appointed and clean. There are three balconies (some closed in) which provide nice outdoor space. Whilst there are three bedrooms, I think it would be a bit crowded in the actual apartment with six people (we travelled as a couple).

The communal areas needed tidying up, and the grass needed cutting around the pool area.

W stosunku do wcześniejszych opinii - materace zostały wymienione i obecnie są bardzo komfortowe. Polecamy serdecznie ten obiekt! Jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Panią obsługująca apartament - bez problemu odpowiadała na nasze pytania w czasie pobytu na what'upie. My akurat nie potrzebowaliśmy skorzystać - ale obiekt jest apartament jest wuposazony w ogrzewanie, co może być ważne dla osób przybywających w zimniejsze miesiąc. W okolicy znajduje się mnóstwo bardzo dobrych kawiarni, restauracji. Stara część miasta przepiękna, zarówno w dzień, jak i wieczorem. Polecamy zarówno samą miejscowość, jak i apartament!

Rodzice małych dzieci muszą wziąć pod uwagę, że obiekt nie jest wyposażony w nakładkę na toaletę. Są dostępne 2 stopnie.
