Central Brighton Gem The Lanes Serviced Accommodation & Short Let Modern 2 Bed Sleeps 5 Minutes to Beach & Free WiFi

Close to the beach and central to the lanes etc

Spacious with 2 bedrooms and sofa beds

The location is amazing, near the center and shops and short walk to the beachfront. Hosts were amazing with getting us check in earlier & very good communication.

Could have been cleaner (floors) & the sofa bed in the lounge was a little uncomfortable & not enough spare bedding for this.

Perfect central location Private Modern and spacious apartment

A few small things in the apartment need attention. Dirty cutlery in drawer, Wobbly chair legs, bulbs missing from lights. Wi-Fi very intermittent Not enough Spare bedding for sofa beds

Location to City Centre was great. Very close to pubs and restaurants etc.

Immediate vicinity was very bad. Lots of homeless and groups drinking at the front of the building. We were nervous returning at night. Very unkept. The towels and linen were certainly not fresh. In one of the rooms the lines smelt used and not replaced. There was no linen for the sofa bed only some old stained duvets in a press which was pretty rough. Being 3 guys out for a good weekend we just got in with it but if I was over with the family that would have been unacceptable. The me of the groups on our floor were there to party and that’s what they did! Very noisy and it actually looked like they were thrashing their apartment. Never seen or heard any security attending.
