Spacious, nicely furnished, clean, had most facilities we expected. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to resolve issues.
The bathroom is on the small side and smelt damp. Also, there is very little space to put things, including rails to hang wet towels. Some shelving, hooks and rails would improve the bathroom greatly.
A box of tissues and some kitchen roll would be a nice touch - these are things one doesn’t pack when travelling but needs in the accommodation.
The pillows are a bit lumpy. Also, an eye needs to be kept on the appliances - the TV remote, the wall clock and the clock on the microwave were not working.

Pefect for what i wanted as was seeing a band at chalk, The placement was fantastic for all you need to see and do in brighton
If i am to be picky The roller blinds are very bright in the morning, but that just makes you get up and go about your day
