The apartment was fantastic! We got very clear directions from Matthew, the manager, who was an absolute delight. We were able to arrange an early check in and everything was ready when we got in. A nice touch was the welcome note and snacks provided and a guide on activities to do in Brighton! Everything in the apartment was lovely, no complaints. It's also very close to a lot of attractions with the beach 5 minutes away.
Definitely the best experience I've had with any apartment booking. Matthew also provided exceptional service, checking in periodically to see if we were all good. Thank you, Matthew and if we do visit Brighton again, we will definitely be coming back.

Modern , spacious , comfortable , included little extras like shampoos and body wash. And a welcome pack with biscuits etc. lovely nice touches. Spoke with the host Matthew a few times and he was lovely and friendly and helpful.
Just the stairs , I was aware when I booked but I have an arthritic knee so it wasn’t easy , but I was on the 4th floor and probably hadn’t thought that through properly.

Easy instructions to locate and enter the flat.
The host was very communicative both when booking the accommodation and during our stay. Thank you for your friendliness.
Central location, easy to walk to everything we needed in Brighton. With any city central location, it can be noisy, so the gift of earplugs was welcome.
Large clean accommodation with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely lounge/sitting area, and an equipped kitchen. We did not feel on top of each other.
There was nothing we didn't like. There are a lot of stairs, so pack light. We were travelling around the UK and had a lot on us. The host left us drinks and snacks at the top, which was a lovely gesture. Our colleague said his bed was a bit soft but not uncomfortable.
I would definitely book here again.

Location is fantastic, very clean and well presented.
It was constantly very hot in the flat and the fans provided were not effective enough.
The stairs may not be suitable for some people.
