Summary:

Just 2 minutes from the beach and moments from the Lanes, our spacious two-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring Brighton. Featuring two comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, it sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, friends, wedding guests and work stays. Enjoy Brighton's best restaurants, shops, attractions and seafront all within easy walking distance, with parking available on request.



The Space:

Located on the second floor of a characterful Brighton building, our apartment offers plenty of space to relax, with views towards Brighton Pier and the seafront adding to its coastal feel.



Enjoy views towards Brighton Pier and the sea from the apartment, a reminder that the beach is only moments away.



The bright living and dining area is perfect for spending time together after a day exploring the city, whether that's sharing a meal, planning the next day's adventures or unwinding with a film on the Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The living area also includes a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a short break or extended stay, including cookware, crockery, cutlery, a microwave and washing machine.

The bathroom features a bath with shower, vanity unit and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.



The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers ample storage throughout, making it particularly well suited to family holidays, group trips and longer stays.



Fresh towels, complimentary tea and coffee, shampoo, shower gel and a selection of starter essentials are provided to help you settle in from the moment you arrive.



Please Note:

1. This property requires stair access, which may limit suitability for individuals with mobility concerns.

2. Only one parking space is available at the property on first come first serve basis and the same is shared amongst 4 flats and a shop. It is managed by the landlord and is outside our control. Landlord charges £20 per day (not per night). e.g. for 1 night stay, it would be £40.



Guest Access:

- You’ll have private access to the entire apartment via a lockbox for self check-in.

Brighton Palace Pier, Brighton Centre and the i360 are also within easy walking distance along the seafront.



Pool Valley Coach Station and major local bus routes are moments from the apartment, while Brighton Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, with direct services to London, Gatwick Airport and destinations across the South East, and we have parking on-site - please enquire in advance



For most guests, everything Brighton has to offer is right on the doorstep.

- Parking is available on-site - please enquire, and book early.

- For group bookings the lead guest must be aged 25 or over.

We stayed for a long weekend as friends and it was the perfect space. Nice flat, clean tidy, couldn't fault it. Located right close to bars, shops and pier Will likely stay here again in the future.
