Great location, well equipped Everything you need for a great comfortable stay.
The stairs are difficult for the less mobile, it’s really noisy earbuds supplied but lots of people use the alleyway and kept knocking on the door when passing which was annoying!

Perfect location , clean and comfortable. Ideal for group of friends with added bonus of coffee tea and wine I
Some noise from neighbouring pubs but only heard as windows open due to very hot weather .

Excellent property, everything we needed, they have made use of every space. Bottle of wine on arrival, biscuits in the tin, milk in the fridge, didn’t need to bring washing up liquid and more loo rolls as all provided. Great decoration and lots of lovely touches, great outdoor toilet. Location very central for shops, pubs, restaurants and beach.
The negative for us, was we came for the marathon, and the location was not ideal due to the noise levels, from the pubs and from the alleyway outside. If you are deep sleepers and can use the ear plugs (provided), this isn’t an issue. Pubs with loud music open until 3am, then around 5am, bottles are collected.

The quirky vibe and the central location. Mr Khan very helpful.
A few of the amenities were not working. Entry system broken, and the boiler was leaking.
