The property was absolutely lovely - the location is great (less than 20m from bus stop, super convenient!!!), the view is excellent, and the interior of the property is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. There were no reviews when we booked, so I felt like we were taking a risk - it turned out to be even nicer than in the photos and exceeded all of my expectations. For those considering this property, here are some important things to know: 1. It is located near the camping grounds. This is a beautiful area in Lauterbrunnen. It is very quiet and peaceful, and if you sit on the balcony in the evening you can listen to the peaceful sound of the river and the waterfalls. 2. The walk from the property to the bus stop is well under 1 minute. Super convenient. 3. Walking to the train station (essentially the other end of town) takes around 10 - 15 minutes going there and a little less going back (uphill vs. downhill). 4. The property was spotlessly clean, everything worked, and we had everything we needed or wanted. 5. Do not trust Google Maps for walking directions, trust your eyes instead. This is not specific to this property, but to Lauterbrunnen in general - Google maps would have you walk 3x as far to go around things. It is helpful for knowing where something is, but once you know which direction something is, put the phone down and look around to find the best route.

It would be nice to have televisions in the bedrooms, but even without them it was still an absolutely great property and we loved staying there.

Patio, close to bus station, radiant floor heat, a nice kitchen, comfy beds, host provided a great binder for help while there.
