Clean and good value
Leaked our full names, phone numbers, emails, dates of stay and location to scammers, didn’t really take it seriously when I spoke with them about it. Accused booking.com, likely just haven’t secured their own accounts. Said they hadn’t done anything to secure services despite knowing about data breaches

Location at the end of Lauterbrunnen village is nice and convenient. Beautiful views of the valley and start of several walks. Good base for the neighbouring Jungfrau/Grindelwald region. Camping facilities are clean.
One bus per 30min or per hour. The Weidstübli restaurant in the camping is simply amazing.
The price is just insane (we paid close to 300 CHF per night for the shared bedroom accommodating our family of 5). Common bathroom / toilets are too crowded. Kitchen is good but always crowded as well. Staff is friendly but not accomodating during the 2+ hours lunch break. The village is victim of its success with an unreasonable amount of tourists everywhere.

Our cabin was so cosy and clean! Instantly felt at home. Bathroom was kept so clean it didn’t feel like camping. Staff all so friendly and willing to help! Kitchen - had all you need to cook/clean. Lounge area was nice and peaceful place to read at the end of the day. AMAZING! Cannot fault anything.

Loved the location,it was absolutely stunning.
The cabin was comfortable and so nice to be able to sit outside. The weather was incredible during our stay which made it that little bit more special.
The kitchen was busy and a bit tricky to use.
More than one microwave and kettle would help.
We didn’t really use it in the end.

We loved how they did our laundry with a cost but it was fantastic! We don’t have to worry at all or go out of our way to get it done on our trip.
The showers back up a little

The unique scenery its on te back of the iconic falls of lauterbrunnen>>>And I love the Night vibes location;with the shaded stage in te center where the common shared kitchen where everyone is free to use the stove and cook then several tables for the fsmily to sit down and eat their freshly cook dish meals...
i think it only leave lights towards the bathroom pathway

This is the third year in a row. We have stayed with you folks and it’s all because of the location. You can’t beat it!
The room attendance start the day very early, and they are extremely loud gathering their supplies as are the maintenance crew dumping their garbage and the glass bottles in the recycling bins. Next time I will request a room that doesn’t overlook those recycling bins.

The location! The views are amazing. Room was comfortable. Showers were good and there were enough showers and toilets. The staff were brilliant and gave great advice and recommended great walks.
The campsite was full and the kitchen was often congested. The kitchen was very clean but tea towels could be refreshed more often. More sharp knives would be useful for chopping vegetables.

Lovely cabin beside a stream with decking area which exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfy. The campsite itself is a peaceful retreat from the very overcrowded Lauterbrunnen village. Plenty of memorable walks nearby. Tasty food at the restaurant.
The communal kitchen was so busy we found it impossible to cook an evening meal. They should ideally have more kitchen hob and/or campfire cooking facilities, but I guess from a business point of view it means restaurant is always fully booked.

The location was exceptional. Would 1000% stay here again because of the proximity to waterfalls, hikes, trails, and our cabin was right in front of a river that made sleep so peaceful. Loved the cabin, and the restrautant was nice as well with many options and the food was better then other restaurants near the area. All very convinent and you never feel like you are missing out on nature.
Some rude staff. But was expected as Swiss (German/French) culture is known to be more blunt/less friendly then others.

Amazing location by the river and Staubbach falls, good mix of accommodation options from tent and caravan pitches to little huts and bunk bed rooms in the main lodge. Great to have a shop on site, and a breakfast room. The restaurant, also on site, was fantastic and reasonably priced so we ate there twice in our three night stay!
Our bunkbed room smelled very musty. There was only one women's toilet on our floor which meant some wait time in the morning

Room was little small
10.0 / 10.0
The location is ideal when visiting the Lauterbrunnen area. The whole town is very small so everything was easily accessible. The views are unbelievable. We could not stop taking photos. The camp store made things very convenient and at prices consistent with the Coop, which is also right down the street. Wifi was great. The price was very good for my family of 4. Mid-stay there was a fun cultural performance with singing and music that was really nice.
Minor thumbs down for the laundry - for the number of people using the facility, there could be more machines available. The app was confusing and difficult even with the directions. Still, I was happy to have anything at all to do laundry.

We loved our stay at Camping Jungfrau! It was exactly what we expected. It is a great alternative to the more expensive options in the area. We stayed in one of the mobile homes (with our own bathroom). The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we'd need for simple breakfasts and the occasional dinner.
The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had about the area and how to get around. We loved the vibe here. It just seemed like a fitting place to stay when our vacation was centered around the outdoors. On the weekend, it really filled up. It seemed like tents were popping up where ever they could find a patch of grass! However, it was so quiet.
The facilities are top notch. A well stocked camp store, bar and highly recommended restaurant. Unfortunately, we missed out on the restaurant because we neglected to notice they were closed on Monday/Tuesday (they bring in a food truck on those days). There is also an impressive kitchen on site for guests to use with a communal refrigerator. The laundry facilities use an app for booking and invoicing. Seamless.
I highly recommend this place. Take this as your sign to book now!
Nothing. It was hot during our stay (27-30°C) so our unit was a little warm but that didn't dampen our experience. We would not expect air conditioning in these units. We elected to stay in a campground after all.
However, consider adding fly swatters to the mobile home and cabin units. Because of the warmth, the windows were always open and there are no screens so flies find their way in :)

The spectacular views from Cabin 203 were beautiful. The campground facilities such as restrooms, laundry, and market were well maintained. The location to hikes and town were convenient. Our cabin was tight for 4 adults, but the outdoor patio helped. It was a great stay.

Great location. Perfect for roughing it a bit.
Booking advertising private bathroom when not all the cabins had this feature. Lots of foot and vehicle traffic right outside our door.

Beautiful location just at the foot of the Staubbach falls. Serene surroundings. Rooms were small and understandable for a camp cabin. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
The room with bunkbeds give very limited space to move around. Good for kids but challenging for adults.
Also, the camp laundry was difficult to use. You have to download an app and wait in line for a washer. When it's your turn, you better quickly load your washer, otherwise it may be grabbed by someone nearby who didn't wait their turn. This happened to us and another guest we talked to.

The location was stunning in the bottom of the valley with a view of one of the many waterfalls that was lit up at night. The amenities were fantastic for a campsite and made it a very enjoyable stay, as well as the super helpful staff.

Camping Jungfrau was undoubtedly one of the biggest surprises of our Switzerland itinerary. In fact, it turned out to be the best place we stayed at during our entire European trip. The view of the waterfall from our window alone was absolutely magical. We also had the chance to dine at Weidstübli, one of the finest Swiss restaurants. But what made the experience truly unforgettable were the people—the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, especially the lady and the two gentlemen at the reception including the owner of the restaurant.
None. We will surely come back!

The campground is in a great location to explore the natural surrounds and only a short walk from the cafes and shops of Lauterbrunnen. The cabin was spacious and clean and was perfect for a family stay.
The only negative was that the Wi-Fi was very poor.

Location was excellent - perfectly placed right below the Staubach Falls with a beautiful view from the balcony of our room. The site is surrounded by beautiful mountains and waterfalls in all foru sides.. This kitchen (though it was a common) ut had all the facilities needed -Fridge, Freezer, Hotwater Kettle, Microwave, all plates and utencils, washing liquid and scrubber. Vessels include pots, frying pans, sieve. Nothing was short at all. Staff we coming frequently to dry the washed plates and vessels with a cloth and leave then in their places. Wondetrful Common Kitchen ever come across
Reception closed betwee 12 and 2 which is slightly inconvenient. They have no option of early check in, Rest all perfect

The ambience is surreal. Its like a community within itself. The best part being the kitchen, where I got to meet people from all over the world and saw them cook cuisines from everywhere. It is in the most scenic part of LB in my opinion, with the waterfall, river and the snowy peaks visible from one spot. The folks at the reception are super cool too.
Depending on when you are here, it can get super crowded. But to me that is not a substantial negative. Especially after dark when there isnt much to do, you can hang out with real humans!
