Camping Jungfrau

Location was excellent.

People were allowed to smoke on the veranda and we had smoke coming into the room multiple times per day and night. The floors were dirty in the room.

The grounds keeper was so friendly, kind, and funny! He got us right into our room when we arrived and the front desk was on break. He made us feel welcome. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly - it was amazing how well stocked they were all the time with as many people that were there when we stayed. They must have constantly been checking paper towels and toilet paper because they were never out. There is a small swimming pond for kids right on the site which was super nice for our 7 and 8 year old. There is also a playground a short walk away and access to good restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

Great location and directly on a main hiking route. There is lots to see and do in this area and the general vibe around the place is excellent.

The abundance of flies and lack of general cleanliness in the community kitchen were off putting and lots of other people were commenting about this too. As there are so many people wanting to make use of this facility, I feel as though it warrants having a cleaner around at key times. Having said that, there is a feeling that staff are on hand elsewhere around the site working hard at maintenance.

The location is beautiful and very close to a popular waterfall. The property itself offers great facilities, including a kids’ play area, a restaurant, and a small river running within the premises. The area is quite spacious, allowing for peaceful and private walks whenever you like

The property has common toilets and bathrooms, but the facilities are insufficient—there is only one toilet per gender for the entire floor. The room meant for four people is quite small and feels congested. Additionally, the common kitchen is does not meet expectations.
