Very nice property and a lovely host! I would certainly stay again.

The host/management company was excellent. The apartment was an excellent value (at least with the rate we got on Booking.com) with the ability to accommodate 6 people. Location was very good, approximately a 10-12 minute walk from the train station. The kitchen was very serviceable and there was a spacious common area.

No complaints! I would perhaps add extra lamps in some of the bedrooms. While I'm sure it's not a problem during the summer, the rooms could be on the darker side during winter evenings. This is not a complaint, but a friendly suggestion. As the listing notes, there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, this isn't the apartment for you!

Great location, near trails and our new favorite pub - Horners! Views of the falls were phenomenal!!

Very easy to get into the apartment. Instructions were clear and they even accommodated us getting in a little early.

I think there could have been a few more hand towels / wash clothes. Also some paper towels in the kitchen.

Amazing location in Lauterbrunnen!

Wow! What a view - probably the best view you can get in Lauterbrunnen! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing time near the waterfall. Clean apartment with multiple balconies to view the falls. One thing to note as many others have before me is the steps to the apartment - you likely cannot take large luggage as it is up many flights of stairs. That being said, the view is worth it!

Um, one of the best views in Switzerland. Iconic. Apartment was perfect.

We would absolutely stay here again for the stunning location and that balcony.

The location is unbelievable. We could have sat out on the balcony quite happily for days on end. We also liked watching the cat down in the garden. We slept well.

It’s spartan, but the description is accurate, and we four were quite comfortable. Bring your own toiletries.

There was no toilet paper, we had to buy our own and there was no bathmat so the shower water went everywhere, and there was nothing to clean it up with. We also had no idea how to turn the heat up and it was cold. There were no instructions anywhere.

Amazing location in our favorite mountain valley.

Fantastic location with amazing views of the waterfall. Owner was super friendly when we interacted in person. nNice to have a garage for parking.

The living room gets some noise from neighbours and stairwell. (But the bedrooms were super quiet so no problem for sleeping!). The pre-communication could be a little better about check in, deposit, parking, etc.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful surroundings. Very clean, and comfortable beds.

Check-out time was 10 am. For the price, I think they should allow guests to sleep in. Additionally, there were instructions that demanded that guests clean the kitchen to the point that it be *exactly* the same way as it was upon arrival. I counted my lucky stars that I was only there for one night, because otherwise I would have had to go shopping for cleaning materials. The instructions featured threats about penalties if guests would not leave the kitchen spotless, or the entire apartment very tidy. The garage was so tiny that it was almost impossible to park the car inside.

Perfect location with view of waterfall from the flat As well as window on the ceiling of bedroom. Clean beds toilets and kitchen featuring all equipemts. Very kind host who provided instructions to receive the keys and was also kind enough to come visit. Thanks for everything. Lovely few days in a beautiful location in lauterbrunnen

Amazing views and great location in the middle of lauterbrunnen. Good size (much bigger than it looks in the pictures!).

Was expecting the apartment to be new (as per the title!) but actually it’s pretty dated and run down in places and the finish is cheap…. The kitchen was good but the fridge door wouldn’t stay closed and a toaster would be a nice addition (and expected at this price point).

amazing views of Staubach Falls. great location…easy 10 minute walk to train station but at the end of the main Lauterbrunnen city so quiet and not noisy. lots of space. two balconies. skylights with views of the falls.
