Quite side of seal bay, away from the arcades etc where alot of noise was. Nice size caravan mostly clean. Well equipped. Good location for restaurants, beaches. Double rooms and lounge were great sizes.
Thick dust in places (skirtings, towel rail) many ants in kitchen resulting in throwing foods. Not an 8minute walk to beach (more 20min) twin room only suitable for sleeping no room for anything else.

Everything it was clean tidy had tea coffee sugar supplied even had a pint of milk in the fridge which I forgot very helpful shower gel in the bathroom big Tv could not fault it the people I rented off where very helpful when I could not find the caravan

The caravan was spacious and well located
I would’ve liked to have seen things like the carpets and the couches be cleaned as they looked very grubby
