Great location. Nice little van. Everything provided you could need. Very accommodating with early check in. Loved our stay.

Carpet could do with a clean but minor complaint.

If was a lovely property. Just enjoy ugh for two people & those with small children. But not enough for anymore adults. It was conveniently near the funfair & a ten minute walk to the beach & parking very near to the van. Perfect stay for a few days.

It is a lot smaller than anticipated. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable for me but my husband stand slept well!

Directions to caravan were not clear. Pin that was sent did not work as directed you to a one way entry that was an exit.. Only given number of caravan ,not the road it was on ,hence took an hour to find the caravan as there were 5 of the same number! Host was not able to help- had to get a park map from another family who knew the park well. Communication not good with host. Caravan was clean in bathroom and kitchen area but carpets and seating very dirty and smelt of dogs. Sofas and carpets need a deep clean. No bedding supplied for sofa bed in lounge.
