Arrived with absolutely lovely weather, opened the caravan stepped in , nice it was really nice, the windows were all open on the safety position and it was pretty cool inside which after a long drive was nice to get a brew going and sit for a bit with a nice bit of cool breeze while having a drink. Only moan was when the people next to us got back from obviously a drinking hole they just let there two boys run a mock gone midnight without so much as a word from any parent to be quite , but hey some people just don't care do they , I don't care about kids being loud or noisy but there comes a time and a bit of common courtesy as to when its time to shut the feck up, then again it depends what mum and uncle Jimmy were doing while the kids ran a mock ... if you know what I mean , sorry for dad he arrived not long after uncle Jimmy left , I heard one of the kids calling him uncle Jimmy not long after mummy had recovered from a bad asthma attack and a bible session mentioning god oh god for a couple of minutes, and mummy and uncle Jimmy must of been digging a hole as mummy could be heard telling uncle Jimmy to go deeper. That was the first night , didn't see anyone after that as they went home the next morning to which the rest of our stay was brilliant we really like this park its nice you can walk every you need to get to, the beech is great the arcade is a blast , paddy's plaice was rubbish this time we went for our fish and chips to many staff all messing around and burning the pollock and chips, becuase its not cod , I know belive me been in the game to long to know other.. so then thanks to our hosts it was a wonderful stay the caravan is wonderful and the layout of it is great , just bed side lamps in the parent room , and salt and pepper for the kitchen I know there silly things but we both missed them , fussy ? Not really its just an age thing lol
Not winning an Eeyore at the arcade lol
Just personal preference but might be useful for other people of a certain age .
Bedside lamps would of been usefull due to medications needed late at night
Salt & pepper seller's, get rid of that mattress in the master bedroom it needs retirement ASAP before someone sues for injury to there spine lol all in all ot was a great stay thank you .

Spacious van, bedding provided and well equipped for everything you need on holiday. Site has lots to do for families.
Every cup/plate/ saucepan needed rewashing by us. These clearly were not checked after the last guests. There was a basket bin under the sink with rotten food stuck to it. The van generally didn’t feel clean.
Very confusing being sent messages/ booking info from 3 different websites- booking.com, Bookster and CS holiday lets.
Mattresses in twin beds quite thin and uncomfortable particularly for adults.
More detailed information needed on booking regarding entertainment passes and what these are for/ what cost will be as is quite confusing and is a considerable extra cost that needs to be considered. I got most of my info from the Seal Bay Facebook page but even that was confusing as had never been before.

Very spacious and comfortable caravan. Well equipped with some nice extra touches. Easily accommodated our family of five. Plenty of activities on site for the youngsters.
Bit of a walk to site facilities and beach.

Nice caravan with 3 bedrooms and a nice open-plan living room kitchen. Close to Chichester, Brighton, and local walks. Also not too far from London for a day trip too! Would certainly reccomend staying here, just keep an eye out for the arrival information from sealbay resort as this will include them correct keysafe code.
Two codes sent - one in an email from booking.com and one from the seal bay resort which caused confusion on arrival.
