The Palms - Spacious 3 Bed at Seal Bay Resort in Selsey

It was lovely and clean, and spacious! Had all what we needed.

The caravan was lovely and very homely. Communication with the team managing the caravan was great and really prompt when we asked questions. It was okay to access the keys but the box flap was very difficult to slide across to access the numbers. I managed to use a car key to open it in the end but it was stiff. The cleanliness of the place was lovely and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The shower was excellent and the sofa was comfy. There was good internet access and a Smart TV which was great. The bedding was lovely and soft, and obviously freshly washed.

As an all adult group we struggled with the size of the beds. They were very thin, which made it very difficult to sleep in them. We didn't have enough mugs so I had to ask Fiona to bring some more over. It would have been very difficult for more than 5 people to eat together at the table which was fairly small. We had to use an outdoor chair indoors to seat one of our party as there was not enough space on the benches. It could be fairly busy outside the caravan as it was on the main thoroughfare but everyone we met on site was lovely.

Not clean and bad communication around accessing property. Found half smoked cigarette on sofa cushion, freezer had old frosted up things in it and floor dirty.
