The property was clean and had all the amenities needed

I loved the fire & sofa was lovely and comfortable Shower lovely & warm I liked the decor in the living room / bedrooms

•Unfortunately even though there was towels &hand towels listed in photos there was none provided but on the stay not listed so wasn’t very clear ended up buying towels to have a shower . •I also found the tv didn’t work most of the stay as again it wasn’t clear no internet was provided or tv as it stated internet free through entire park . There wasn’t even free view . So ended up attaching phone to watch something as otherwise wouldn’t even have a tv to watch once finished on site activities in the day / eves and wi fi was hidden in plate cupboard as if was visible wouid have seen sooner that was extra fee no extra fee listed on booking • lastly unfortunately the double bedroom bedding was covered in dog hairs . I understand that it’s a dog friendly but even if we’re hovered if can’t remove in wash or different style bedding so can be more easily removed as bed would feel more fresh that way even though they had been washed .

Nice and clean on arrival. Nice and big in sitting room and lovely size caravan.

Table was a little rocky, couple of door knobs were wobble and shower drain was blocked.

Breakfast was not provided during our stay, which would have been a nice addition. However, the location was great—convenient, accessible, and perfect for what we needed.

* Communication with the host – Our enquiry was not answered, leaving us with unresolved questions. * TV and internet access – The television didn’t work due to lack of internet, and no Wi-Fi code was provided, which disrupted our plans for a movie night. * Mattress comfort – Some mattresses were too soft, making sleep uncomfortable. * Clarity on checkout time – There was conflicting information between the listing and the host, and we didn’t receive a response when we asked for confirmation. The host did not reply to my email requesting confirmation. Given the type of accommodation, we feel the checkout time should be more flexible—at least aligned with the check-in time.
