Oakleys lodge

It was a lovely, clean lodge with everything you needed. Even had 2 x desk fans which were a bonus. The double beds were perfect for one person. At the edge of the park and very quiet. Seemed quiet on the whole complex which surprised us given being at the height of peak season. There’s a little fish and chips shop called ‘Box Fish’ where we bought fish and chips which were excellent! Sunsets behind the lodge are beautiful. We stayed at Selsey but explored the Wittering beaches and East Head dunes but there is a lot of interesting history surrounding Selsey. The shingle beach at Selsey was empty!! Didn’t even see and seagulls. It was a wonderful 2 day trip. Beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing we didn’t like. It would be useful to have proper written instructions of where to find the lodge within the complex as it’s not clear and our signal wasn’t great and dropped out when talking to Ben the owner over the phone or WhatsApp whilst driving around.

Very good place and secure area and very good location to the sea above all Mrs Hilary was fantastic person helped us with transport and referrs us to the best location with my kids so great full to have here 😀
