After booking with booking.com to stay in this caravan, I was then messaged by Ben that the date I booked and paid in full was not available. My money has not been refunded on this caravan that we never stayed in. Please be aware, I don’t want anyone else out of pocket like my family have been!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this lodge for a short family getaway.

We were able to check in much earlier than the usual time at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise. The lodge was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a short family break. The location was very good — peaceful, close to the beach, and perfect for a relaxing stay.

Communication with the host could have been better, as it was a bit unclear who to contact for information on arrival. Some of the advertised facilities, like the swimming pool and sauna, were not included in the booking price. It would be helpful if this was mentioned more clearly in the listing to avoid any confusion.

Amazing stay!

Great location, friendly hosts. Very clean caravan right near the beach (less than a 5min walk) and very close to the indoor swimming pool and one of the entertainment places. Caravan was stocked with towels (which is unusual for caravans!). kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal (plates, bowels, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans). You just need to buy the food. Decent size fridge but small freezer within the fridge. 3x bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and one with 2 single beds.) Amazing all round. Would and have already recommended this caravan to friends and family! We would 100% stay here again.

Great lodge in a fantastic location

The location was perfect 🙂 Only a short walk to the beach and for evening entertainment. The lodge had everything we needed for our stay away. Ben is an extremely helpful / friendly host and kept me informed about the trip. Highly recommended and will be looking to book again in the near future. Thanks 👍

Fantastic location/host

Fantastic place. The caravan is perfectly located a short walk away from all the amenities. It was also spotless and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, so other than your food, there is nothing you'll need. We only booked a short break as we wanted to try the place 1st before committing for longer. I will definitely be rebooking! Hilary -the owner- was also very flexible with checkout time. This was an added bonus that made the experience an even better one.

Great location, and surprising comfy for a caravan. I’m 5 months pregnant and I had a great sleep. Close to leisure activities but peacefully location on looking fields. I loved it.
