The house was immaculately clean and fairly well equipped. Beds were comfy with quality bedding. Lovely hot showers.
The position of the house was not as we had expected - the only entrance was at the back and the garden was tiny with no privacy.
There were a few bits that were unfinished - boiler in kitchen with pipes exposed, tv aerial lead just lying right across floor.

Was very clean , and presented very well. Very comfortable.
Everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday, and having a welcome pack was very thoughtful… a lovely touch

Excellent location. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need including for both us and the dogs.
Super clean and welcoming and there was even a lovely welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived.

The property was at the top of a steep hill, but Lyme Regis is very hilly anyway, apart from the sea front. This wasn’t an issue for us but something to bear in mind if you had mobility issues.
