The Old Boat House has three bedrooms, including one king-size with an en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, one additional king-size bedroom, and one bunk room with adult-size bunk beds. There is also a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, along with a ground-floor cloakroom. The property offers a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburner. Amenities include gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and hairdryers. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, WiFi, a DAB radio, and a selection of books and games. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included. Outside, the enclosed patio garden features a bistro table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Off-road parking is available for one car.
