The Well House, a cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with sofa and TV, a sitting room with two sofas, armchair, TV, beams, and Velux windows with sea views, and a snug with sofa and two armchairs and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin plus a ground floor twin with a single and small single with pull out truckle bed for children. There is a ground floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and basin and WC and first floor shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden patio with furniture and plants, and off-road parking for one car, with additional on-street parking nearby. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The Well House is a wonderful escape to Dorset, whatever time of year. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP.
