Great location, I was looking for a nice space to work from my computer with peace and quiet and nice workspace. This place was great, with great internet, AC. It’s nice to have the new washer dryer combo outside especially with the recent heat wave. It has really great access in and out being on the first floor. The manager lives upstairs so he is available for coordinations. I really enjoyed my stay here.
If you’re very noise sensitive it’s on the base floor so the scooters traffic can be loud coming and going however, this didn’t bother me at all as it subsides at night until 7-8am.

The location was excellent, very close to West Lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The studio was clean, modern, and well maintained. I especially appreciated having a washing machine in the unit and the free parking. The host was responsive and the check-in process was smooth.
