Extremely quiet and peaceful location: - Far from the main road, right by a lake - Feels cosy and not like being in a big city - great for relaxation Good room basics & amenities: - Small studio on the 4th floor with AC, hot water, and bathtub - Kitchen fully equipped (fridge + all necessary items) - Washing machine and dryer available on every floor - Strong and fast WiFi Excellent host & check-in experience: - Friendly owner, easy communication via WhatsApp - Convenient self check-in and check-out - Cleaning service provided for longer stays Nice outdoor space: - Balcony with lake view

Poor location for convenience: - No shops or restaurants nearby - Must use Grab or walk to the main road for food/essentials Mosquito issue: - High number of mosquitoes due to proximity to the lake - Requires keeping the balcony door closed most of the time Workspace limitations: - No proper desk or table inside the room - Only a small garden table on the balcony (not ideal for laptop work)

Def saving this to my list of stays. I stayed for about 2 weeks. - Location: Nice balance of Tay Ho access & semi-private seclusion away from chaos. *Near iVegan (just up the block), Veggie Castle & other top vegan spots - Staff: Good communication, accommodating - Nice sized space for 1, green views, comfy bed, no-fuss hot water,

Reasonably quiet (away from traffic) - There were some sounds beeping, buzzing I couldn’t locate (building plumbing?) And roosters!!… which added to the Viet experience. - Neighboring tenants/renters could be hit or miss w/ noise. - Note: Clothes washer is located outside front door accessible to all tenants. Some folks neglected to collect their clothes (so machine was frequently occupied). One night someone decided to do laundry at 11pm - I’d avoid the bidet, overall oversight w/ some cleaning Note. Ordering a Grab/Ride: I always choose iVegan or Bonjour cafe for pickup since the drivers get confused with the nestled location

The host was very accommodating and responsive to my messages. Quiet location, but walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Nice place

My room was on the ground floor (they have different apartments in the building) so was disappointed to not have the views and balcony

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, short walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. Good to have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Easy to communicate with the host.

Basic facilities - you get what you pay for (which we knew when booking so we didn't mind - others might be more fussy. Very intermittent WiFi.
