The studio is very comfortable and has everything we need. The host is very easy to communicate with and helped us with any questions we had.

Nothing - everything was great.

Милая квартира в центре Ханоя, близко от любых достопримечательностей. Вокруг много кафе и красивое озеро. Я останавливалась в этом отеле два раза: первый раз в комнате с окнами на запад, там темнее и прохладнее, летом комфортнее, второй раз окна выходили на восток. Утром было жарко и яркое солнце, от которого не спасут никакие шторы. Тем не менее оба раза пребывание было комфортным, всё отлично организовано, менеджер отеля всегда на связи, готова помочь по любому вопросу. В самом номере есть все необходимое, естественно есть кондиционер. Самостоятельное прибытие, всё отлично организовано. Очень чисто. Обязательно в следующий раз здесь остановлюсь.

Everything, there is not one weak point i can say. All was very good and new.

Nothing to dislike, elevator busy sometimes un the morning due to cleaning lady but that is not a minus of the room itself.

It was newish and great light as it had 2 windows that had a view. This is rare in hanoi. nice and light.

cleaned 3 times not 4 as promised in 2 weeks. They do refill bottles for water. I don't like this as where is the guarantee the filter is fresh. I informed the land lady the kettle I had had shocked me and badly. I was told they'll take a look at the feedback. I got shocked a further approximately 5 times. NOT pleasant. The metal was electrified but the plastic was OK. cleaning was hard to organise. The apartment door did not lock and I found this out halfway through the stay. I locked the door and I forget an item. So, I forgot I locked the door and this opened! The lock did not fit. whole time anyone could have entered. This made me feel wary for woman. Outside is very very busy. several times I was clipped by motorcycles. Once an old guy went by and shouldered me full on, while on his bike. I am lucky I am big. Also, the locals throw out dirty water frequently and hit me with water. Power cut off twice for a few minutes each time.
