The property is like a warehouse. I live in something similar in Thailand, so I was very pleased. Very convenient to be able to park my motorcycle inside. If I come to work in Hanoi, I will definitely talk to the owner about long-term rental. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking.
The padlock on the front door is very challenging to use. Especially if you are late or in a hurry.
