Gorgeous property, Denis (the owner) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Love every little detail about the apartment and the location is fantastic.

Schon die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise aus Deutschland war super. Die Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell und waren sehr freundlich. Als wir in Bosnien ankamen, wurden wir von Dennis herzlich empfangen. Ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter junger Mann. Egal ob es um das Apartment ging oder man unterwegs eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte, man konnte ihm jederzeit schreiben und er hat sofort versucht zu helfen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, zentral gelegen und wir haben uns als Familie mit Kind rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir dachten eigentlich, Dennis wäre kaum an Freundlichkeit zu übertreffen, bis wir seine Mutter kennengelernt haben. 😄 Danach wussten wir auch, woher er das hat! Eine unglaublich herzliche Frau, die offensichtlich einen tollen Jungen erzogen hat. Insgesamt waren wir mehr als zufrieden.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment wirklich jedem empfehlen!

The property is well-maintained despite being an old building. Beautifully decorated, and very clean. It’s a bonus that the bathroom had bidet, and towels are clean and soft. Water, coffee, and tea are provided, and much appreciated. Proximity to old town is just perfect, basically we are in the heart of the town. Views from the property is amazing as well.

It would be perfect should there is an elevator, given we have luggages, but Denise was super helpful. Both during check in and out, he was there to help with the luggages, and throughout our stay, he was just a call away. That gave us the assurance. He arranged for daily cleaning of the room, and top up the amenities daily.
