Host disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Istruzioni chiare. L'appartamento è molto pulito e dotato di tutto. Molto tranquillo e presente un giardino interno. Vicino al centro di Agen. Dotato di aria condizionata (piano inferiore) e lavatrice.
L'entrata all'appartamento non è curata. La serratura della porta esterna è rotta, per cui sempre aperta. La serratura della porta dell'appartamento potrebbe essere sostituita. Preciso che alla mia titubanza, l' host ha rassicurato che il posto è sicuro.. ma ad impatto può non risultare affatto cosi. Parcheggiare risulta molto difficile, forse perché vicino al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria

Très bon établissement bien situé. Propriétaire flexible sur l horaire d arrivée Appartement très bien équipé très propre. Le jardin est un véritable plus .

Très bon emplacement. Le jardin.
Le canapé lit. Le mitigeur de la cuisine ne tient pas (déjà signalé dans des commentaires en septembre 2025). L'entrée de l'immeuble sale et porte qui ferme difficilement. Tapage nocture des voisins d'en face 2 nuits de suite. Porte d'entrée grande ouverte
