Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² house in Agen to rent, which sleeps up to 12 people.
It comprises a bright 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 50 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 40 m² living room with a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the outside, including: electric kettle, Malongo espresso machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, airfryer, steam cooker, etc.
- A comfortable, separate lounge with TV, various books and board games
- A storeroom with a freezer and a small extra fridge
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: a large 30m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a single bed and a dressing room
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A utility room
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) and study area
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x190) and a study area
