About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in Agen. Situated on the banks of the canal, it has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge (with freezer compartment)...
- Two bathrooms with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a desk area
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a desk area
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Agen, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- Waligator Aqualand and Le Monky theme parks
- Jogging, cycling, walking
- Tasting of local produce (notably Agen prunes)
Events:
- ‘Les rencontres philosophiques’ in Agen (every year in November)
- “Les fêtes d’Agen” festival (every year, late August)
- “Les Folies vocales”
- “Agen gourmand”
- “Garonne en fête”
