I stayed here for 2 nights (room 1B) at the end of March 2026. The location is perfect, close to everything really. The property is basically brand new, everything is new inside. It has nice modern decor and is surprisingly spacious with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot/cold water immediately with strong pressure, well ventilated. There's a hairdryer too. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, wine bottle opener, even a chopping board and a tin opener) including a fridge, a kettle and a toaster! There's a coffee machine but I didn't use it as I don't drink coffee. Dinning table with chairs, also a sofa. I was a bit worried before arriving because the property didn't have many reviews but I'm glad I took the risk. It was clean and matching the description. Would definitely come again. I didn't use the aircon/heater as the temperature was good for me as it was, so I can't comment on that. NOTE: the reception is at another building and is open only till 6pm. It's very close, only about 1-2min walk. I checked in in person and I was accompanied to the actual property and was shown how to use the codes for the doors (one code to enter the building and another for the room). If you arrive later, I believe they send you the codes. There was also a welcome card with my name on it when I arrived to the room.
The only thing was the unstable wifi network. I logged in as soon as I checked in and it was working perfectly fine but when I came back in the evening, I couldn't even see the network as available. Then at some point it would magically appear and then disappear again. So I mostly used my mobile data and I was fine but for someone who'd need stable wifi this could be a problem.
In the morning, the was a lot of noise after 8am (I'm not a morning person) but I think it's the same everywhere in Porto now as lots of construction work is going on around the city.

Quem quer um local mais tranquilo, faz um pouco de barulho pois é vizinho a dois Rest bem cheios, mas não me atrapalhou .
