No tener ascensor. Estábamos en un tercero. Y teníamos que subir las 3 maletas de la moto a mano.

The apartment itself was nice and clean. I loved the windows which are doors that open floor to ceiling and lovely drapes that are also blackout curtains if you need them. There's a couple of supermarkets close by where you can buy groceries and wine and also there's many restaurants right outside the apartment with patio seating which made it lively in the evenings. I didn't mind the noise and if you closed the windows you couldn't really hear much. There was no breakfast served or offered.

The host gave me the wrong access code to enter the building and I waited for awhile for them to reply before I called them to give me the correct code. I arrived in the afternoon so luckily I was able to get a hold of someone, if guests arrive outside of business hours I don't think they respond. The sink in the washroom was blocked off half way due to the door so if you wanted to use the whole sink you needed to close the door to fit in the space. Also there's a full kitchen with dishes and glasses but there were no utensils. I discovered this after I bought food and wine. I had to go down to the restaurant downstairs and ask them for a wine opener. The location was not as close to central Porto as I thought it would be, it was at least a 10 -15 min walk. I preferred closer to shops and attractions. I should note that the host(s) did try to rectify the issues but these things are very basic and should have been taken care of prior to arrival.
