Location was good, flat was very clean spotless and smartly decorated , all kitchen equipment , cutlery , Crockery were clean , good quality and in working order , bed was good enough for 6 nights , would have preferred a firmer mattress . The building block was very clean and smartly lighting. Very quiet people living there . Felt very safe . Prompt communication from Lovely Stay team

Flat was on second floor which we didn’t realize when we booked . It was difficult to get our bag there . Very luckily someone arrived to help us . Otherwise all great initially we booked refundable as our leave was not yet authorized by the NHS UK . Soon we requested change to non refundable well before cancellation due date . The Lovely Stay refused to give us the refund for the extra price we paid . We thought that was terribly unfair and quite mean , despite our explaining to them . There should be a clause to give this price difference if you change your statue

Todo muy cómodo y agradable volvería sin duda alguna muy central

Beliggenheden var helt perfekt man er ikke mere end 5 minutter gå gang væk for at være i midten af det hele.

Ikke noget aircondition og intet vindue på værelset så inden mulighed for gennemtræk gør det virklige svært at sove behageligt så vi gik ikke sovet særlig godt.

La ubicación, está a unos 12 minutos de la Catedral y estación de tren, y hay por la zona sitios para desayunar y comer. Buena presión de agua y caliente al instante. Buen aislamiento del alojamiento en general en cuanto a ruidos, ya que dando a una calle bulliciosa de tráfico cerrando no se escuchaba casi nada. Cocina muy equipada.

La cama no era cómoda, el colchón se quedaba hundido, las almohadas muy precarias así como la sábana bajera muy fina y que se salía constantemente del colchón, sin sábana encimera, directamente un relleno nórdico, en verano. El sofá no es muy cómodo y tenía bastantes manchas. Zonas del baño en cuanto a mantenimiento mejorables en aspecto.
