L'apartament està molt bé, edifci tranquil i amb tot el que necessites per passar uns dies.
Tot i que la ubicació està bé, potser queda una mica apartat. El carrer és bastant sorollós perquè passen molts cotxes. Li faltava una mica de coberts, sobre tot culleres menudes i ganivets

Location, size and layout of the space, elevator
The place was a bit shabby, the walls needed painting, the couch was uncomfortable on one side, the coffee table came apart when moved , the bathroom shower needed a good clean and dish soap should be supplied

Nothing with the property per se, but I got my motorbike mirrors stolen right in front of the house during the night
