827 Riverlands - Studio Apartment with Parking

The apartment was exactly what we saw on Booking.com, The staff was very lovely. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. The area is safe and peaceful and close to the Mall.

Had an overall good experience - Thank you.

Safe. Central location with accessible shops. Lean apartment.

Lots of little miggies (fruit flies)

The staff at front desk were lovely always a smoky face

There were mould stains on the bedding , the remote took forever to work , the coffee machine didn’t work and then I was told someone came in to remove it to get it fixed which I felt was an invasion of privacy. I was not able to get in on the second day as they had facia recognition that stopped working and they blamed the print desk which felt like a lie and the front desk was doing all they could to help and make me feel comfortable during the 40 mins I was not able to get in . Only after I pointed out that. O one recognised the inconvenience or apology I got one (blaming the reception) I had to walk quicker far from where the parking was to get to the front doors. It was very confusing finding the north block even with getting help from my father who had recommended I stay there as he would go there often .
