The apartment was very good, the security was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay.
It was a struggle for us to check in because of a QR code issue which was not in our emails. The numbers that we had for communications had automated responses which really didn’t help.
It could help if you could have a direct person to assist in terms of queries.
Braai facilities would also be nice.
The notice behind the door said that the bedding will be replaced every 3rd night and that was not done, even the towels were not changed…so that meant we didn’t have fresh towels for 6 days.
We also spotted 2 cockroaches on the 4th day, maybe look into fumigating the unit.
