It was difficult to collect the keys. The buttons are confusing

The flat was clean and modern and had everything I needed. The view was outstanding. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I like that it is so close to the mall with restaurants and food stores.
I did not get the QR code to set up facial recognition before I arrived and then had to resubmit my personal details to get it. It was stressful.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and high-end, from the building materials , appliances, furniture, decor, kitchen , cutlery and bathroom. There was everything we needed and more, there was a amazing candle also that was divine . The mountain view offers a sunset view. The access to and from the apartment is so effortless and safe . The outside pool , pool area and gym is a brilliant extra . Worth the money . Very convenient to walk across the road to the mall. Service was excellent, Marvol who chatted with us was very helpful on whatsapp when we had any questions when checking in.
Only 1 toilet paper , I can't complain about anything really .
