Good location.
Honestly next year, I will still come for the two oceans marathon and I will book the same room
A bit inconvenienced at arrival knowing how to get the keys and open the second door but guidance came in handy and was assisted.

C’était la troisième fois que je séjournais dans cet appartement à Observatory, un endroit que j’apprécie beaucoup pour sa bonne localisation et son cadre agréable. J’y ai toujours passé de bons séjours, raison pour laquelle j’y reviens volontiers.
Cependant, cette fois-ci, j’ai été un peu déçue de constater que l’appartement se détériore progressivement. J’ai remarqué la présence de nombreux cancrelats, ce qui donne malheureusement une impression de saleté. J’ai aussi eu le sentiment que l’entretien général du logement est de plus en plus négligé, alors que cet appartement était autrefois un véritable bijou .

I love the loft apartment concept. It’s functional, and I liked the design.
The bathroom is beautiful.
1. It said “newly and renovated”, nothing about Loft 1 was new and renovated, if anything, the cupboards had stains and the floor is outdated, the carpet didn’t look clean.
2. The place looked clean but it didn’t look like it properly cleaned.
3. I booked for 2 nights and I thought the cleaners will come to clean my room since I paid that cleaning fee.
4. Also, the additional cleaning fee wasn’t appearing on the last total cost when I was booking and when I confirmed the booking, that’s when I saw the additional R700+. Just be transparent with the prices so that there are no surprises.
