I had a great time.

It was easily accessible. Right on top of the restaurants as advertised. Everything was accurate. The instructions from the owner on accessing the keys were clear and were ensuring that you as a visitor you do not panic. The place is safe, clean, neat and the lady assisting there was very helpful as well. Shops were around the corner as well. The balcony allowed us to just sit and reflect whilst looking at the people moving up and down the street.

They provide you with utensils and the water is always hot.

The service was really rude when we called to ask for help for checking in. The cleaners were extremely rude as well during checkout time. The place’s main area after the stairs had an extremely bad and pungent smell. It smelt like pee and like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time which made leaving the room miserable. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours do everything. Again the smell is really really bad. The apartments are okay if only they were handled by kind people. The location is a bit inconvenient if you like quiet time because there’s cafes and restaurants around that sometimes host music nights so you can hear people singing throughout the night. Overall not the best stay but a little appropriate for the price. WORK ON HOW YOU TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

My comfort was not matching the amount I paid.

No breakfast was served. Even the coffee that was provided was not enough for 2days, for me and my son.

I booked for 2people, 1. I expected a provision for 2 people eg in soaps (infact all cosmetics)/ coffee suchets 2. cleaning the room was never done, i stayed with the gabbage the whole 2days 3. be asked if i needed anything perhaps

The location made it a bit challenging, because of the bars and restaurants around it but even with that I’d still go back! Love it

Roaches, birds and only Ice or Boiling shower water and horrible parking.

Nothing about it. It's not clean and there are roaches everywhere. Everyday we would find 6 to 7 roaches in the apartment. Bathroom and bedroom. There is rats on the roof or everytime the birds are on the roof you hear everything and it's noisy. Makes it difficult to sleep. The lights barely work. The shower is either ice cold or steaming hot. No In between. Not to mention the TV can barely play movies without stuttering. Parking was the worst. The only parking is the roadside parking which is always almost full. You are lucky if you get a spot otherwise you drive around for 5 to ten minutes to find parking.

Woke up one night to one crawling on the bed. not to mention when we complained through booking.com they said the host was unwilling to Co operate and give us our money back.

Entäuschend, aufgrund des Schabenbefalls war das Apartment nicht als Unterkunft geeignet.

Könnern wir nicht sagen, wir waren mit der Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft beschäftigt.

Im Zimmer und dem Bad waren überall Schaben. Einzelne Tiere waren selbst auf den Kopfkissen. Dieser Situation war nicht mit dem im Zimmer vorgefunden Spray (Dyroach) oder mechanischen Methoden beizukommen. Nachdem wir eine andere Unterkunft (Hotel) gefunden hatten. haben wir das Apartment verlassen. Nachdem wir den den Verwalter über WhatsApp informiert haben, bat er uns um Fotos der Situation. Daraufhin wurde wohl eine Begasung durchgeführt. Ein persönlicher Kontakt kam leider nicht zustande.
