The whole experience. Everything was perfect from the staff to the room. I would definitely come and stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

There was a delay in our checking in as we hadn't received the required QR code until after we got to the reception. The staff member there in the North entrance was brilliant in trying to get us sorted.

It was just what I needed for a work stay. Well equipped, clean and peaceful. The easy check in was fantastic and having shops close by and a gym in the building was fantastic.

More towels would be great. A hair and bath towel per person, plus a swimming towel would have been great. That was really the only thing that wasn't convenient. Some rubber seals on the door would stop the wind knocking it during the night. But all in all I will definitely be back for future trips!

The initial emails and notifications were daunting prior to arrival but once we were checked in it was stress free. The apartment was perfect for our stay and was meticulously clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The Riverlands Mall was an added bonus on our doorstep with general stores and eateries to choose from . Uber and bolt services were efficient, we waited at the most 5mins for e-hailing services. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again .
