Everything was OK. Security, Cleanliness were excellent.
Only negative is checking in delays. If only you can avoid asking for documents on the day of checking in -while one is traveling to the airport. Can't you request these at least a day before check in ?

The checkout time is kind of early but I was not rushed out I like that about them

Very neat and comfortable. The bed, pillows, and towels were all of a good quality. A small but well-appointed kitchen. The location for our activity at Amazon was perfect, The mall with shopping and several excellent restaurant choices right across the road was fantastic.
The arrival instructions could have been sent sooner. They came while I was driving into Capetown, and they are a little complicated, so difficult to get it all figured out before arrival.
