The apartment was mostly clean and tidy, but most of the furniture and linen was worn out and not in an exceptional condition as all the other 10-15 bookings.com apartments I've been to before. Not sure if if was dirt or stains on the kitchen table, bed side table and on the very very very old throw on the bed. The windows and windowsilks(outside) were awfully dirtt. Not sure if I will trust the VERY GOOD rating-opinion of bookings.com again. Outline of photos on your website look the same, but detail to closer view does not fit your standard!

Internet was fine. Facilities were perfect.
During check out there was no place to keep my luggage temporarily (5hrs storage) before leaving cape town. The guards at the reception said the company policy does not allow to keep visitors luggage. This is despite a short period (not exceeding a day!) of keeping a luggage while one make a last stop at nearby shops. I did not understand how a luggage of one person sitting (with signed indemnity form) at the corner of the reception can inconvenience the facility. I think this needs to be looked into.
Please also provide electric blankets as it is now getting cold.

It is a very cute apartment and quite comfortable. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was especially useful.
The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, especially the bathroom. It definitely needs a good deep cleaning and more ventilation. The bathroom ceiling had mouldy marks on it. The couches could also be steam cleaned more regularly.
